The hotel was ideal and clean inside, I liked it. The casual restaurant for lunch and the pool bar.

The hotel was a comfortable place for enjoying a nice area, right by the highway, other private beaches or even property territories.

The hotel is fairly clean. The location is perfect, 1 mile from a lush garden.

Tasty breakfast, accommodating personnel. Newly remodelled units with a breathtaking view over cathedral. We loved snacks and salads at the sports bar. Also, distance to a lush garden was only 1 km👍

Facilities were great clean, yet Wi-Fi was hopeless.

It made our trip to Puerto Morelos a really good experience. Excellent service from the attentive staff that we interacted with. The pool bar was superb!

We had buffet breakfast, it was delicious. Fairly clean hotel and outstanding service. Lobby was beautiful. It was a special venue in a fairly nice area, near Cancun and Tulum and the ocean.

Hotel's reception was quiet, I loved it. They provided lots of reasonably priced choices for breakfast that was included. Common, common room with shower as well as a couch. Very approachable staff, covered pool. The service was helpful, I had 4 magical nights here.

Just superb location, efficient staff, SCRUMPTIOUS breakfast. Incredibly beautiful view of cathedral. White beach nearby, that was what I loved. Everything was outstanding and within 34 minutes' drive of Cancun airport. Simple check-in too. I had enjoyable days staying at this royal hotel.

I loved the historic-style building and my functional room. All staff was always available to make my stay really great. Extremely comfy beds, Wi-Fi, terrace and coffee in the room. The location was spectacular and the view was glorious, too. Generally service was perfect too. This beautiful quiet hotel was great value for money as contrasted with other options.

Very tranquil location and the food was pretty good. Exclusive restaurant onsite, not pushy staff.

Impeccable location and absolutely beautiful view from the room, incredible decor, free WiFi. Breakfast was excellant - plenty of options. We loved the convenience of the club room, as well as a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and ironing facilities. The staff was really tremendous. There was a beautiful garden in the hotel.

I would recomand this venue and would return there. Absolutely perfect location, exceptional service and absolutely lovely hotel. The rooms are cozy and I loved that they had luxury bathrooms. A nice touch is also the mixed beverages in the poolside bar.

We enjoyed people and views, the hotel had everything we required for our trip. The room was good sized and very clean. Not far from a spectacular beach.

Our stay was a great experience. Its facilities and location were nice! The junior suite was large, had a mini-bar, a heating system and flat-screen TV. Food was good and we truly enjoyed the variety.
